The first step is to have a Telephone Consultation. Tamara will discuss with you what you aim to get from Aromatherapy based on your lifestyle and health.  We believe every client should have a treatment plan specific to their individual requirements.

The questions you'll be asked will be based on your medical history, lifestyle choices and how you feel. It is important to answer the questions asked of you honestly, so that the essential oils and products recommended to you do not cause any contraindications to your current physical or mental wellbeing.

Following your consultation, Tamara will give advice on the most beneficial essential oils and products for you and send a summary of the consultation.
